Koraput: In a shocking incident three members of a family were found dead in Toyaput of Odisha’s Koraput district. The deceased include a man, his wife and their small child.
The deceased have been identified as Linga Bishoi, his wife and baby of Toyaput. All three bodies were found inside their house. While the body of the woman was lying on the sofa and the body of the baby was lying on the floor, the body of Linga was found hanging from the ceiling of their house.
On being informed, Lakshmipur police reached the spot and started an investigation.
While the reason behind the tragedy is yet to be ascertained, it is suspected that Linga committed suicide after killing his wife and child. Lakshmipur Police Station Officer Swet Padma informed that the reasons would be clear only after they receive the post-mortem report.
